又重新开始写,源于今天这个无所事事的周五——老板出差,我手头工作结清,无聊致极,下载一堆当期Nature、Science之流来看,其中一篇引起兴趣。题为“The Health Type”(Scientific American, June 2008, p32),说的是科学家们也与时俱进,开始研究写博客在治疗心理问题等方面的巨大作用,研究结果摘录如下:
Expressive writing (i.e blogging).... is a stress-coping mechanism, has physiological benefits, improves memory/sleep, triggers dopamine release, boosts immune cell activity, even lowers viral load in AIDS patients....

好吧,我的好奇心再次决定让自己来当小白鼠。反正自从自灾区回来以后,就一直觉得需要心理干预。试试无妨。另外建议一位在极圈附近的兄弟,虽然每天“累得跟狗一样”,也不妨试试看,好像你的MSN space已经长霉了,哈哈。
